Came over from diabetic Connect. Am fascinated with the thought that diet could help some of my Medical problems. I take 14 prescriptions a day and want very much to cut way down if not all out.
I am 54 and have Arthritis,Fibromyalgia, Type 2, heart problems, overweight BIG time and a few other med problems. I'm off to read. See Y'all.
