My doctor told me two and a half weeks ago that I am diabetic because my blood sugar was 23.9. And since then, I have been trying to find out everything I can about this condition. At first, I was all roared up about getting this thing under control, and I was trying to be strong. I am going through a rough patch right now because I can't seem to stop crying. I can't talk to anyone about it because I cant stand it when people call me diabetic. The last time i went to my doctor (who i don't like, AT ALL), called me a diabetic EIGHT times within the span of two minutes. I wanted to scream at her to stop calling me that. And when i started crying, she actually asked me WHY I WAS CRYING!(I am currently looking for a new doctor). Although I am completely depressed about my situation, I am happy to report that my sugar level is hovering around 4.5 (last time i checked). CINNAMON ROCKS!

I'm glad i stumbled across this site because it makes more sense to me than anything else i've seen. THanks.

PS: what's wrong with milk?
