I'm in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. I've been buying Silver Hills Sprouted Grain Breads from McGavins Bread Basket on Comox Road for the unbelievable low price of $1.79 a loaf. Squirrelly Bread is my favorite, but unless you get there early in the day, it's usually sold out. They usually have 16 Grain, Flax and Harvest Seed available also.
