  • This site focuses on controlling type 2 diabetes with diet. We would love to have mutual links with other sites that focus on specific medical conditions and how to deal with them. Special attention will be given to individuals who's site is based on their personal experience in controlling their medical condition.
  • Recipe sites will be considered if they have only healthy recipes. The recipes will be randomly checked for quality and whether or not they are healthy as determined by our criteria.
